SPB BOUNDARIES POLICIES

 

 

Please make sure to read this entire policy! SPB will not be held responsible for anyone not reading our policies. Please note that your acquiescing lessons with SPB serves as your evident demonstration you accept our policies and procedures.

​

Any clients of SPB that cause a disturbance at the hotel (or any facility rented or owned by SPB) or violate the hotel’s (or place of rental) policy(s) will automatically be banned from any future lessons with SPB. All clients are required to provide a 24-hour notice for all cancellations NO EXCEPTIONS, we cannot allow schedule changes unless it is a permanent change. All permanent schedule changes will be at the sole discretion of SPB. You are required to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your lesson time, if you arrive late you will be charged for your entire time allotment.

All no calls and no-show appointments will result in your space in a scheduled class to be revoked. All payments for classes MUST be paid before any students are allowed in the pool. All questions concerning swim lessons/classes must be directed to SPB ONLY, under no circumstances can you ask the hotel staff questions concerning scheduling etc. You must contact SPB for all aquatic lessons related questions, if we receive any verified complaints from the hotel/rental space source for harassment of any sort concerning our scheduling or unapproved visits to inspect the pool etc you will be automatically banned from any future lessons.

All swim lesson cancellations will be announced on our website and or you will receive a text message or you can call or text SPB with an inquiry. All clients are required to provide SPB with the correct contact information. Any and all COVID-19 Mandates and Restrictions must be adhered too before anyone is allowed to acquiesce swim lessons with SPB and must be followed during swim lessons NO EXCEPTIONS.
